Children
£15.00 for children sharing a room with two adults. Normal rates apply for children in a room
to themselves.
Short Breaks
Short breaks are usually a minimum of 2 nights, prices are based on two people sharing the
room and may not be available during peak periods i.e. Christmas, New Year, Easter and
some Bank Holidays. Terms available on request.
Confirmation terms
All reservations must be confirmed with a deposit of £50.00 per room this becomes nonrefundable
7 days before your arrival date. In the case of credit card confirmations this will
be deducted from your credit card account.
Arrival and Departure Times
Bedrooms are usually available for occupation from 2.00pm on the day of arrival and we ask
that they are vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Cancellation
If you cancel a booking less than 2 days before arrival, fail to arrive, or leaving before the
original departure date we reserve the right to claim the total booking cost. We recommend
you consider holiday cancellation insurance cover in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Parking
Car parking to the rear of Ellerthwaite lodge is free to paying guests.
Pets
Pets are welcome in the Hotel at a small charge of £5.00 per night; however we do not
permit animals in the restaurant or to be left all day in the room.
Liability
We don't accept liability for damage caused to vehicles or owners property.
